Wanda Debrewer is a Ph.D. candidate in the Urban Educational Leadership Program at Morgan State University. Her research interests include early literacy learning and play, as well as Black girls' K-3 lived experiences in outdoor learning environments. Wanda holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Wilson College and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University. She recently retired with 31 years of service in Prince George's County and Baltimore County Public School Systems.
