Professional Development

The Professional Development Pillar offers professional development and training sessions to pre-service and in-service teachers, administrators, as well as clinical and educational professionals. Both involve evidence-based practices tailored to one’s cultural and linguistic needs.

  • MILE supports school districts in designing and implementing Dual Language Bilingual Education (DLBE). Additionally, we build capacity among DLBE leaders and staff to create and support sustainable program models that serve the needs of all language learners
